All of us can feel awkward in a new environment but there is no need to worry. We will do our best to welcome you and put you at ease. DMC is renowned for its warm welcome – come and check it out for yourself.
Most services will include some hymns or songs, prayers, a Bible reading and a short sermon or reflection. The person leading the service will guide the congregation through the service and the words to hymns/songs will be displayed on the screens at the front of the Church.
We usually stand up to sing hymns and remain seated for prayers, Bible readings and the sermon. Those around you will be happy to assist you are not sure of what to do.
